Max Borders at Red Clay Citizen takes Cone to task for his typical arrogance.
Noteworthy:
"There's nothing ideological at all about criticizing the PTI's, the counties, and the State's corporate whack-a-mole failure in practical terms. What's more, it is pretty petty and snarky to refer to us as a 'propaganda mill.' Yes, we have opinions. That's why the piece was on the editorial page."
Cone, calling someone else's blog a "propaganda mill"!
WAY too funny.......but predictable, given the overblown ego and the attitude of presumption for which Cone is notoriously known.
"Answering the smarm from Cone's Sunday N&R column"?"
ReplyDeleteCone's Sunday N&R column was about prostate cancer:

Heehehe. I see Cone's lapdog has been sent running to do the usual yapping and attempted ankle biting.
ReplyDeleteYou're right......it's from his blog, which is generally indicative of the same insipid quality of his columns, or worse, particularly when the Rocket Scientist intellectual level of certain sycophant contributors is factored in.
ReplyDeleteI'll make the appropriate corrections.
Oh, one more thing, Roch.....
As Ticker has indicated, you really tell to tell your pal to pull his own weight on this blog, instead of asking you to pull it for him.
You'll have to forgive my faulty memory about the source of Cone's smarm.
ReplyDeleteAfter all, Cone's work never leaves much of a lasting impression on anyone for more than 15 seconds or so after it's read.
