Q: When are free speech rights not free speech?

A: When the ACLU says and thinks so.

Excerpt:

"Given its focus on student rights and religious liberty (one of the ACLU's priorities), it's hard to explain the ACLU's apparent equanimity about the violation of Mr. Harper's First Amendment rights--unless you consider the content of his speech.'

  1. The ACLU like most organizations are formed to do one thing and they do that one thing very well. After that they degenerate into a “business” always looking for a reason for being; this is when they lose sight of their original goals and integrity. The same can be said for the NAACP, or even AARP. BB
