Let's let the IRS twist him slowly in the wind after being removed from office in shame.
You KNOW he won't resign. Unlike Republicans who are caught in scandal, Dems NEVER admit they're wrong, and do the right thing by resigning. There's too much precedence which convinces them the rules apply only to others, never to them.
