Absurd political laugh of the day

"Kagan said that the high court's role should 'be a modest one' and said the justices 'must be properly deferential to the decisions of the American people and their elected representatives."'She cited her her immigrant grandparents who 'came to this country in search of a freer and better life for themselves and their families.'"

And if confirmed, she will certainly do her best to ensure increased government control and intervention into every aspect of society, leading to a less free and poorer life for the rest of us who don't belong to the political elite, or related affinity/"victim" groups.
