Presidential candidates' mentors

(hat tip: jaycee)

  1. It figures that this would come from the master of make believe, Jaycee (aka King Friday) who lets no untruth stand in the way of his blind ideology.

Ravenel did not play ball at Duke. Davis was not a communist. Davis was not a mentor of Back Obama's.

I really wonder how some people can imagine that they will persuade people with a constant display of stupidity and gross ignorance of the facts.

  2. Chill out, Roch.
It's a friggin' cartoon. I didn't draw the damn thing, it's public domain.
Sorry you don't like my politics or beliefs. It must suck to be you with all that liberal anger eating you up 24/7.

  3. The apologist for the empty suit is out in force however without doing very much homework. He makes claims that the statements in the cartoon are incorrect but yet offers nothing of fact to the contrary. Oh, but that is ok for the leftist to do such . They need no facts, "just words" are good enough. Afterall they are good enough for their Messiah, Obama, so they should be good enough for them.

Roch, you need to do your homework. You will find several references to William Frank Davis being a communist party member the Honolulu Record, which was a communist run newspaper , also the report on the House on UnAmerica Activities as quoted in that paper as well. Also in the book written by Mattias Gardell, 'In the name of Elijah Muhammad: Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam,' published by Duke University Press in 1996. Records of the CPUSA also show that Davis joined the party in 1943 and contributed many articles to their support for many years.

As for Ravenel playing ball at Duke, ball playing is correct but the school is just a few miles off. Ravenel played ball at Davidson and earned his Masters at Duke. His daughter Katharine does not mention whether he played ball at Duke or not. Ravenel did coach McCain on the Jr.Varsity team at Episcopal High. But hey that's a big "talking point for the Obamazombies since they can't really find anything else to talk about these days.

How Obamazombies can continue to deny facts is truly a display of utter stupidity and gross ignorance of facts, to paraphrase Roch's own words.

  4. "Davis was not a communist. Davis was not a mentor of Back(sic) Obama's."

    Really?

This must just be a pack of lies, right?

    Excerpt:

"In his books, Obama admits attending "socialist conferences" and coming into contact with Marxist literature. But he ridicules the charge of being a "hard-core academic Marxist," which was made by his colorful and outspoken 2004 U.S. Senate opponent, Republican Alan Keyes.

However, through Frank Marshall Davis, Obama had an admitted relationship with someone who was publicly identified as a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The record shows that Obama was in Hawaii from 1971-1979, where, at some point in time, he developed a close relationship, almost like a son, with Davis, listening to his "poetry" and getting advice on his career path. But Obama, in his book, Dreams From My Father, refers to him repeatedly as just "Frank."

The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union. In fact, the 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What's more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), accused Davis of involvement in several communist-front organizations."

As far as Davis being a child rapist:

"It has also been established that Mr Davis, who divorced in 1970, was the author of a hard-core pornographic autobiography published in San Diego in 1968 by Greenleaf Classics under the pseudonym Bob Greene.

In a surviving portion of an autobiographical manuscript, Mr Davis confirms that he was the author of Sex Rebel: Black after a reader had noticed the 'similarities in style and phraseology' between the pornographic work and his poetry.

'I could not then truthfully deny that this book, which came out in 1968 as a Greenleaf Classic, was mine.' In the introduction to Sex Rebel, Mr Davis (writing as Greene) explains that although he has 'changed names and identities…all incidents I have described have been taken from actual experiences'.

One chapter concerns the seduction by Mr Davis and his first wife of a 13-year-old girl called Anne. Mr Davis wrote that it was the girl who had suggested he had sex with her. 'I’m not one to go in for Lolitas. Usually I’d rather not bed a babe under 20.

'But there are exceptions. I didn’t want to disappoint the trusting child. At her still-impressionistic age, a rejection might be traumatic, could even cripple her sexually for life.'

He then described how he and his wife would have sex with the girl. 'Anne came up many times the next several weeks, her aunt thinking she was in good hands. Actually she was.

'She obtained a course in practical sex from experienced and considerate practitioners rather than from ignorant insensitive neophytes….I think we did her a favour, although the pleasure was mutual.'"

Get your damn facts straight, asshhole.

  6. I've noticed that Roch posts everywhere on conservative blogs and calls posters ignorant, etc. As is stated here, he never can actually refute the information with facts. It seems that he'd rather insult others calling them stupid and ignorant. What a display of liberalism at work.

  7. Anon, it's in the liberal DNA. It is reinforced by the kool-aide they drink as they take their liberal dose of tryphorgetin.
