"Obama said what he said about Rev. Wright's 'controversial' statements not because he believed what he said about them to be true, but because he's a politician trying to become the President of the United States and had to say what he said if he was to have a chance to win that title."
His claims to wanting to change politics in Washington is summed up well in the Rev.Wright's statement. Obama is nothing more than an empty suit , puffed up with huge amounts of ego,deemed the "savior" by the media and lacking in the same morality he claims to want to change. Before he(Obama) can change he will have to change and he is not willing to do so . For once the Rev. Wright was correct. If Obama thinks this stink is going away because of his "sudden convictions" he had better think again.
He is not morally honest much less intellectually honest. So what would one expect?
