Yvonne Johnson and Goldie Wells have no comment

... on the Bellamy-Small/Gatten embarrassment.

That's a good thing.

Ever since the nonsense started over what David Wray didn't do, our city government, its elected officials, and the city's upper management employees have done nothing but drag us down into the cesspool of partisan/racial politics and high level corruption.

I'm glad to see that Johnson and Wells resisted making an abominable situation worse.

If only the Pulpit Forum and their supporters had done the same thing......

Mike Barber's analysis is right.

  1. If only the "other" Johnson (Mitch) would quit running the city as if he's a puppet of the black activists...

  2. No, Wells and Johnson will not comment on any of the goings on with Bellamy Small but they will be at the rally called by the Pulpit Forum and they will sign any document they are asked to sign and they ALWAYS vote the RIGHT? way. Both went against Bellamy -Small’s refusal in the council actions taken over the RMA leak but then signed and went to the rally of that stupid Declaration of Intolerable Racism rag. Wells has pushed and pushed the Truth and Reconciliation discussion with her little homilies. Johnson knows better and could possibly be a decent elected official but she first has to make her break with the Black community and work for the good of the entire community which means Black, White, yellow and brown.
