The Media and John McCain

McCain has been consistent.

The media hasn't.

One thing that Lowry doesn't mention, but I will: Our Democratic/Libthinker pals are ecstatic over this.

They used and manipulated McCain to great advantage when it suited their purpose, but they now can safely turn against him and vector the negativity that they've spared him for the last eight years until the time was right.

  1. I sincerely like and believe in John McCain, but I believe him to be the weakest Republican candidate. From the horde of Democratic candidates there isn’t one whom I believe could win the election UNLESS the Reps nominate McCain and then even Hillary might have a chance.

  2. It's beginning to seem that way, doesn't it?

I disagree with McCain in several areas, but I would rather see him as President that anyone the Democratics have to offer currently.

  3. I have problems with McCain's short fuse and quick temper. I'm not sure I want someone like that with his finger on the button.
However...I'm still waiting for a more viable GOP candidate to surface.
