Property Rights Get A Boost

Now it's up to the individual states to finish the job of stopping the outrageous abuse.

    I believe “The Brethren” have gone around the bend. It started with this very bad ruling and seems to have continued with several more that are illogical. I at one time had a great deal of respect for the Supreme Court justices, but these guys are a bit scary. BB

    Don't forget that there are new members on the Court. I would think the issue will be brought before the justices again.
